Dr. Phelps has gone above and beyond for our newborn baby. As first time parents, he has answered every question (big and small) and provides a tremendous sense of compassion and care when explaining his recommendations. He has listened to every concern and offers research or referrals when he deems helpful/resourceful. He is nonjudgmental and connects with us (parents) in a very humble and personable way. He met with us at 7pm on a weekday for over one hour to introduce himself and consult with us as our potential doctor for our baby when we were beginning our search for a pediatrician. You can tell he truly loves caring for children in the way he treats our baby during each visit, offering different holding/consoling techniques to help with fussiness and demonstrates how to do various strengthening exercises, and so on. We are so grateful to be in Dr. Phelps care and have already recommended him to several of our friends who are expecting children of their own.

Dr Phelps is absolutely amazing. My newborn had an unplanned NICU stay after she was born and unfortunately it wasn't a very good experience. Dr Phelps put our mind to ease with our first visit in the office after we were discharged. He's an amazing pediatrician and very knowledgeable we are very blessed to have him as all three of our daughters doctors. Would highly recommend him to any parent
