A resident met with me first. While he was very kind, he jumped around from topic to topic, typically not finishing a topic before moving on to something else and saying Dr. Onger will review that with you about the topic not finished. (A good example of this is the results of my bone density test and options/recommendations relating to same.) But then when Dr. Onger came in, she proceeded as if the resident had already reviewed things with me. When I told her I was unclear what she was talking about, she just moved on. While Dr. Onger was kind throughout, this just made for a very frustrating and unhelpful visit for me.

Dr. Unger responded to all questions with care and wanted to make sure I understood the answer before moving on

Getting a video visit with Dr. Onger was great, because I just had surgery the previous week and this format allows me to see my doctor without the inconvenience of arranging transportation.
