I saw a nurse orCtitioner, which was explained to me when I booked the appointment She was so attentive and she listened and assessed my concerns. We discussed options and came up with a plan. She made me feel so comfortable as my issues were very personal. I was very much at ease with her.

Provider was covering all bets whether or not the favorable prostate MRI report was definitive. Nothing was found, yet she stated could result in further testing including biopsies. Asked where would they look if nothing was shown on the MRI. I was not impressed with the response and assumed being that the MRI was clear, that all is good. Will see the urologist in six months.

This was the first encounter with the provider for a post-op appointment and I had to keep asking multiple questions. Provider seemed rushed and uninterested in my previous history. She didn't even introduce herself.
