Dr Shah was excellent. Listened to all my and my mother''s concerns and explained everything thoroughly. He made a plan with me and it was the first time in months I felt someone wanted to help me.

Dr Shah was very easy to talk with. He read a recent test result I presented him with and immediately said I did not need the procedure my other Gastroenterologist said I needed. I agreed.

I liked Dr. Shah a lot! He was caring, asked me pertinent questions, didn''t make me feel rushed and made me feel calm about the condition we were discussing. I had to send him some info which I did in the portal. When I get home from out of town, I will check to see if he wants me to stick with his suggestion or change it based on the requested stool test.

I''m grateful that Dr Shah is my Gastrologist, very empathetic and carefully explains all issues that have concerned me.

Dr shah is great he work for over a year to resolve my Gi stent issue, I have complete faith in his practice and finding an answer that didn''t Involve more drastic surgery.

I was VERY FORTUNATE in obtaining an appointment with Dr Shah when I learned from my previous Gastroenterologist couldn't treat my current esophagus issues. We had a detailed discussion of my endoscopy and biopsy. He's arranged for a follow up Endoscopy in two months. My former Dr at Holy Cross group recommended I ctc Dr Shah At the Cleveland clinic.

So fortunate to see and have Dr Shah, my hope is that my condition can be treated without it becoming cancer. I can only hope for the best, I know Dr Shah will do all possible to help me.
