Biography
Timmy Nguyen, MD is a graduate of the University of Miami where he completed his undergraduate education and the Flinders University of South Australia School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Nguyen began his postgraduate medical training with an internship in medical surgery at Royal Adelaide University Hospital. He continued and completed his postgraduate training at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville with a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in medical oncology.
Dr. Nguyen joined Cleveland Clinic Florida in 2001 as a board-certified medical oncologist. His special medical interests consist of anal cancer, bile duct cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancers, and gallbladder cancer. Dr. Nguyen is a very thorough and compassionate physician. As a physician he constantly exceeds his patients expectations and is a valuable member of Cleveland Clinic.
