Sr Stevens has no bedside manners. He did not give us any information after the procedure other than I got it. He cam across as very rude before, during, and after the procedure. He acted as though I was disturbing his day.

He's a typical surgeon, their bed side manner is never that good. However, his knowledge is worth the trip downtown.

Excellent video appointment. Dr Stevens was very helpful. I was pleased with the ease of connecting to the virtual call. I did another one in a different department several months ago and the instructions were not as good. This appointment had excellent instructions for the communication.
