Biography
Tyler Trump, MD is a urologist specializing in voiding dysfunction as well as urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. His clinical interests include overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, BPH, and neurogenic bladder.
Dr. Trump earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from West Virginia University. He was awarded the John Jones Award for Academic Excellence at graduation-presented to the most outstanding graduating senior. He completed his urology residency at West Virginia University Hospitals. Following residency, Dr. Trump completed a two-year fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Trump remains active in clinical research with interests including neuromodulation and quality improvement. He is a member of American Urological Association (AUA) and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction (SUFU). He is passionate about providing quality clinical care and educating future healthcare providers.
Outside of work Dr. Trump enjoys running, travelling, sports, and above all, spending time with his wife and son.

Exceptionally flexible and responsive. I am a Clinic patient from out of town and my cardiologist, Dr. Stephen Ellis inquired about me being seen during by visit for a cardiology check up. Dr. Trump and his scheduler were great and accommodating.

Dr. Trump is outstanding. He was very familiar with all my records from Buffalo even though this was my first visit. Very impressive. He is a great listener and used what I told him, in addition to his excellent knowledge and problem solving ability to do further testing and help me with a plan of treatment. Outstanding.

I appreciate Dr. T because he was thorough, explained things, and really eased my mind. I'm potentially dealing with renal cancer, and his approach to explaining the worst case scenario eased my mind so much that I'm not at all afraid. He does a really good job of listening and I felt he talked to me as an equal. He didn't sugar coat, but he also didn't frighten. I genuinely think more doctors could learn from his communication practices because instead of ignoring the elephant in the room, he addressed it in the best way.
