Van did a great job of answering all my questions and clarifying things. She took her time and did a nice job explaining things.

This was my forst visit with Van Fagert. She knew my medical history and was very forthcoming with explanations and showing me MRI and MRA slides. She answered all my questions and made me very comfortable talking to her.

The provider was pleasant and thorough throughout this visit she made my sister feel heard and explain the healing process and other therapy that could help her with the issues she's experiencing. The provider answered all the questions that my sister had and they were able to come tomorrow agreement about her plan of care.
