Dr. Kshettry was very easy to talk to and he explained everything very clearly. A prior physician in a different hospital system did not know what the issue might or might not be, but Dr. Kshettry Is an expert In this area and he was very easily able to explain In great detail what he saw. He showed us the images from my scans and explained what he saw as we all looked at the MRI. It was also nice to visually see my scans as he explained what he was seeing. He explained things in a layperson's terms-- very easy to understand and he answered all of my questions. Dr. Kshettry treated me as a person, not just a patient. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone-- he is a fantastic physician!

Dr. Kshettry listened intently to me (and my husband) as I explained my symptoms and the treatments that have already been tried. I felt heard as well as believed, which is good since my nerve disorder is invisible. Dr. Kshettry was courteous and thoroughly explained possible treatments - their risks, benefits, and realistic success rates. It was obvious he had read through my medical history prior to entering the exam room. The appointment did not feel rushed in any way.
