I got the results of the tests Dr. Reed ordered very quickly on MyChart and I also received a follow-up message from Dr. Reed checking on how I was doing.

Dr Reed was amazing it was a great choice to see her. She made me feel very comfortable and took time to answer my questions.

Dr. Reed is one of the best doctor''s I''ve seen at the Cleveland Clinic. She''s extremely caring and listens. She included me in the decision-making process which I greatly appreciated.

Dr. Reed explained to me the benefits of a medication that a different doctor prescribed a while back that I had quit using because I did not know enough about it. Now I am using it again with a better understanding. I have already referred a friend to her.
