Dr. Vinni Makin is the best endocrinologist I have come across in the last three decades. She was extremely patient, kind, and demonstrated deep medical knowledge. Even though it was a virtual appointment, she took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated that she was kind enough to see me on short notice. After the visit, I felt reassured and confident that I was in very good hands.

I feel she didn't listen to my concerns; offered no options . Had to convince her to order basic labs. Did not offer solutions to my concerns.

This was my first visit with Dr. Makin. I have a long history of pre-diabetes, adrenal, and thyroid issues which I have been treated for over the years at both Cleveland Clinic and U of M Medicine, I have never been to a doctor who was more prepared for a first patient visit. It was obvious that she had thoroughly studied my records, test results, radiology and procedure notes. She had a very good understanding of my issues and we agreed on a good plan to move forward. I am very grateful that Dr Makin was recommended to me and look forward to working with her to manage my endo issues.
