Dr Al-Yaman has an amazing bedside manner, he really listens and cares. He is willing to accommodate the transportation difficulties with Telehealth when able. In addition, when needed after hours, his answering service was easy to reach and helpful. We are very thankful for him and his team.

Dr. Al-Yaman one the very best physicians at CCF!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/28/2025
Excellent as compared to a previous Dr in that facility who did not explain much, seemed to be in a hurry to let me go, not engaging and interested in my concerns. Was even late for the EGD because I did not see her before the procedure, and then was delayed in showing up after the procedure. No concern for me as a patient before and after MRI. Contrast w/ Dr. Al-Yaman where he is day and previous Dr was night.

Dr. Al Yaman is very attentive to my concerns and questions as is his nurse Jennifer. They respond to my chart messages quickly. Dr Al Yaman also communicates quickly thru my chart concerning test results and any concerns I have, especially concerning medication adjustments/changes. I always feel I have his full attention when discussing my liver issues. He is a top notch physician and communicator, I am very glad to have him as my physician caring for me with this new health issue. I highly recommend him as one of Cleveland Clinic's BEST!

Dr. Wael Al-Yaman and his nurse assistant Abby were great. I was an Inpatient at Fairview Hospital and he was the provider that performed my ERCP with stent insertion. They explained everything and answered any questions that I or my family had. He gave great explanation to my family after the procedure was performed.
