This provider and I had never met, she is not my PCP, and she had to assess my request for a narcotic pain reliever. She needed to ask me a lot of questions, she did a very good job determining my needs.

NP, Wanchana Sachai was awesome. She was caring, showed interest, listened, and made me feel like she would help me. Made me feel if she did not know the answer, she would speak and discuss with others until she could come up with an answer.

The caregiver is always very professional, personable, shows genuine concern of the issues at hand, and my own concerns and resolutions I have considered, in regard to my diagnosis.
