I was very impressed with Dr. Chen. He was very thorough and explaining everything as well as gathering any additional information from me. He answered any questions I had and I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clinic the staff and Dr. Chin and his nurse.

Dr Chen is obviously very smart and on top of cutting edge evidenced based practices for the treatment of lymphedema but conveying the treatment practice to the patient could be improved.

I wished Dr. Chen had looked at records sent before meeting with me. I waited over 40 minutes past my scheduled time and had to wait in front of my laptop. I feel that I didn''t give the best and most crucial information for him to consider because I had expected he would have reviewed my records which would assist in my oral history of the disease process

The staff went above and beyond to care for me. I was really hesitant of having to stay overnight in the hospital the care I received was exceptional. You can tell that all of the staff as well as Dr Chen really care about the patients.

Dr Chen takes time to answer your questions. He talks to you and doesn''t rush the phone call. It''s obvious how much he cares about his patients. I''m so blessed to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Chen was delayed joining the virtual visit an extended period of time. However, during that wait time, I received a message from his staff letting me know that he was running behind but would join the call as soon as possible.I appreciated that.

No fault of Dr. Chen, but I wish there were more specialist out thete who were knowledgable on Lipodema. He needs cloned. It just takes a long time to get an appointment.

Dr Chen listens to concerns and give ideas to resolve any issues.

I couldn't get on Zoom even though I've had many zoom visits with others. Dr. Chen called me and that was as good as a video. Everything about the Clinic and Dr Chen are caring, superb and professional.

I was most grateful that when we expressed concerns about my post-op course that Dr. Chen personally took time to do a virtual visit with my husband and me!

Dr Chen is just busy and hard to scheduled with.

Access was excellent, the only issue that I had is a nurse responded to a question that I had, and I re-asked the question directly to Dr. Chin and he gave me a different answer. So, maybe the nurses need to have an FAQ that Dr. Chin looks over before answering questions on his behalf.

I like that Dr. Chen I was took the time to answer my questions and was honest about what I needed to do before surgery Lose weight, etc. the entrance were also very helpful and answered other questions that I had.

I enjoyed having the 'United Nations' of caregivers around the world, learning and being inspired by Dr. Chen.

I had a rose thorn in my left forearm that became infected. After going to Urgent Care, ER and my PCP two times, I was advised to see a surgeon to see if the foreign body was there or that my arm was healing. It was hard to get a quick appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks to see Dr Chen.

Dr. Chen is amazing. He takes the time to answer all questions and explains things thoroughly. He is an expert in his field and I don't know what I would do without the treatment that he provided.

Dr.Chen is simply the BEST!!! He's very efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful! He's an absolute blessing!

I have complete trust with Dr Chen, he is outstanding. The wait time is significant but that's because he has a high patient load.

The appointment was more of a information lecture than an interaction, but the physicians knowledge and understanding of my condition was top notch.

I realized immediately that Dr. Chen understood my condition with all of its symptoms and the quality of life issues that I feel. He knew the answers to all of my questions and made me feel comfortable asking them. He gave me hope that my quality of life will be better after I have the procedures that he is able to do.

He's very short with words and does not have good bedside manners, but he is one of the best around.

Dr Chen has been a life saver for me getting my arm down to normal almost has gave me a better life to live but still working on getting rid of the slave so I don't be questioned about what I got on my arm or My Grandaughter puts one on her arm cause she wants to be like me, I would never wish cancer on any of my grandkids lymphedema

Dr Chen was great! He explained everything clearly to us. I know he was busy but he didn't appear rushed. I only expected a 20-minute visit but he ordered tests, measurements etc that I hadn't expected. I really appreciated the thoroughness in evaluating my health issue.

My Chart has been a good tool to schedule and reschedule appointments. It has also been a good source to communicate with Dr. Chen's office. They have been prompt in replying.

Dr. Chen is a world renowned expert, researcher, and surgeon in the field of lipedema and lymphedema conditions. He is another feather in the Cleveland Clinic cap of excellence.

Dr. Chen was terrific in covering what was needed to care for my recurring condition. Very patient, and a great doctor.
