She listened to my concerns seriously and began discussing options immediately l. She took into consideration my financial ability for certain options which I appreciated and explained possible downsides to options discussed as well. She also ensured a followup appointment was scheduled to review the effectiveness of the selected treatment. Overall, she was understanding, caring, and very knowledgeable about my concerns and issues.
