Dr Mauer was very patient, polite and professional walking through a very tedious steps of writing a letter to my insurance company for prior-authorization appeal. I also really appreciated that she talked me through what she was viewing on the screen and typing, rather than just sitting in silence as she worked because it allowed me to ask clarifying questions as we went, and helped me to better understand the process. She is a great communicator.

I just hope she will allow us to talk on video chat & not mute us & required us to type. Some of us are not good in typing. She could just ask us to raise our hand if we have questions. It makes it easier! And also to give us presentation hand outs to download pror to stat of video talk so we can write down important stuff.
