Dr. Yamille is very attentive, corteous and pleasant to talk to. She addressed all my concerns and questions, she was friendly and polite.

Dr. Solis chatted with me during the exam, and answered all of my questions.

Love Dr. Galili! It might be hard to get an appointment with her, but she is such a great doctor that I'm willing to wait or just make appointments that are not very convenient for me, but I will make it work. She takes her time, listen to your concerns and really care for you as patient and as a person.

Without a question, Yamile is one of the best providers at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend her to anyone that needed the care of a dermatologist!

The PA, Ms. Solis is a true professional. I have previously seen another Dermatologists but the questions she asked and thorough examination she did and time spent was amazing.She freeze dried 3 spots on my face that wret ore cancerous and ordered photos to be taken of my face to use as a base for future monitoring.

Solis was very knowledgeable and attentive and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond to get prior authorization for my medication including staying past her normal hours to file out additional paperwork for the insurance and resubmit her prescription.

Dr. Solis is excellent, I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation. I was impressed.

The survey didnt ask my experience with the staff personally and doctor, however, the Assistant who checked me in was very friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Solis, oh my goodness, she was amazing! I wanted to cry. She was thorough and showed she cared and addressed my concerns.
