Biography
Dr. Spolter received his undergraduate degree in microbiology at the University of Maryland at College Park. He studied medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to complete neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship training at University Hospitals, Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine.

Dr Spolter took very good care of my health related issues. He was very concerned and even called me regarding a CT scan and explaned why I needed one. He lessened my Pregabalin and said to let him know if I had any pain or discomfort in 5 days. He is a very knowledgeable and doctor and I am blessed to have him for my Neorologist.

Dr. Spolter Was the first specialist I've seen to actually give me a diagnosis & explain to me that something is wrong but nothing serious. Reassured me & explain exactly what's happening without making me feel like I'm crazy. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Dr. Spolter was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly, did not seemed rushed or dismissive. If I ever have another need, I would definitely request to see him again.
