This was my first meeting (video conference)with Dr. Schwan as he has become my new urologist after Dr. Haywood left the Clinic.I was very impressed with him, and feel very good that he is my urologist. He explained things about my condition I haven't heard before. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor.

From the moment Dr. Schwen entered the room, he engaged with me personally and professionally while doing what he was there to do. He efficiently performed his work while maintaining a collegial atmosphere with me and the nurse. He explained everything to me that he was doing before he started doing it.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schwen. In all my 55 years and many doctors over my lifetime, he has been my favorite. His empathy is well-balanced with efficiency of care when completing procedures and immediacy of response when we speak over MyChart or phone. I continue to recommend him to anyone who needs urology care.

Dr. Schwen is one of those rare physicians who talks to you, not at you. He listened to all my concerns and is helping me to find a solution that I am comfortable with and is the most beneficial for my situation.
